The Sanskrit word “Prakalpa Soujanya” means Project for Social Goodness.
Launching this not-for-profit organization, we wish to bring together our experience in structuring and executing projects in a systematic manner for social cause and making generous contributions to tangible “GOODNESS” for the deprived and underprivileged sections of the society.

MR. AMAR BHASKAR, DIRECTOR
Vijay Paul is a certified project management professional and Six Sigma Green belt, with over 38 years of experience in business management, product life cycle program leadership, Business Transformation and Human Resources Management. Vijay is an Electrical Engineer from IIT, Delhi and holds Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Amar Bhaskar is a management professional in IT industry for over 35 years. A certified subject matter expert in project/ program management and operations, he is actively involved with several social and professional bodies in executing large projects and programs. Amar holds a post graduate degree in Applied Mathematics from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore.
MS. SUJATA SAHU, DIRECTOR
Sujata brings her rich experience in embedded system Product Dvelopment, Project Management and Training and currently working as Operations Manager with Crevavi Technologies focused on IoT solutions. Sujata is a certified project management professional and holds degree in Electronics Engineering and master’s in software engineering from National University of Singapore.
MR. BALAKUMAR CHINNAIYAN, DIRECTOR
Balakumar is a certified project management professional with 15 years of experience in Medical Product development, Program management and Product life cycle management and is working as Senior Program Manager at GE healthcare. Balakumar holds a degree in mechanical engineering Madras Univ. and masters in engineering from NTTF school of postgraduate studies Bangalore.
