Any Social Sector ‘Development Effort’ boils down to effective management of projects & programs. A holistic & structured approach can improve effectiveness of outputs & outcomes many folds in favor of the ultimate beneficiaries with sustainability.  With tight financial squeezes due to current COVID pandemic are going to create paradigm shift towards “Doing More with Less” and for delivery of programs at Scope, within Budget & Time Lines and Expected Quality will determine how a Social Sector organization will be evaluated by their donors or CSR funds. 

Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement through V-LEAD and Prakalpa Soujanya Foundation have been committed to effort in capacity building for Social & Development Sector organization for crucial competencies in Program & Project Management. While NGO’s have compassionate, empathetic & emotional approaches to ensure the benefits are delivered to the ultimate beneficiaries, there exists scope for application of  systematic, structured, standardized  & knowledge driven methods for assuring project success in terms of impacts and sustainable outcomes. 

The value creation of the workshop is to achieve strategic alignment between Project & Programs with larger organizational goals. The participants will have better appreciation for Integration of Project success metrics (Triple Constraints) with operational effectiveness in Delivery of Benefits (DoB) processes.

The face to face 2 Days workshop is about exploring & learning about Program Life Cycle Management comprehensively. The cycle of knowledge starts with knowing about Community & their challenges, finding solutions, getting commitments from stakeholders, planning & executing project(s) and measuring sustainable outcomes. The workshop is conducted with practitioners mindset & “learn & apply” methodology interlacing conceptual framework with in class hands on case study work, team work and pre session reading materials.
