Vivekananda Institute for Leadership Development (V-LEAD)

From a small one room clinic in a tribal hamlet, Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement (SVYM) has evolved over nearly four decades to become a development organisation engaged in building a new civil society in India through its grassroots to policy level action since 1984.

Presently we are serving over 3 million people in Karnataka through 40+ Projects, 7 Institutes and 200+ Partners. SVYM’s areas of focus are Health, Education, Socio-economic Empowerment and Training & Research. The organisation has its headquarters in Mysuru district of Karnataka state in Southern India.

The organisation has received 32 national and international awards so far.

V-LEAD is an innovation and capacity building lab where Ideas are spawned, Innovation is nurtured and Leadership is encouraged. It also encapsulates within it an exclusive portfolio of products and programs across the themes of Leadership, Education, and Development.

MYRADA

MYRADA is a non-government organization started in 1968 working in backward and drought-prone areas. We work with more than a million families in 18 districts of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu, forming and strengthening community-based organizations (CBOs), promoting livelihood activities, management and development of natural resources, improving health and education status of the community and building capacities of the community to raise and manage resources independently. We also work with governments and their donors / partners to influence policies in favour of the poor.

Sewa Fellowship is a strategic investment in human capacity, and grassroots organizations to build solutions for India's complex socio-economic-cultural matrix. We believe in the power and potential of youth to drive ideas, run movements, nurture organizations, and seek truth and justice to together build a better Bharat.

As a 100-week program, the fellowship equips young, bright minds with knowledge, skills and a mindset to serve. With extensive mentor support, the program bridges the needs of grassroots development with a vision for the future.

PRAKARSHA ACADEMY : AROHANAM

SEWA INTERNATIONAL FELLOWSHIP

At Prakarsha Academy, we serve NGOs by equipping them with the necessary tools and knowledge to make a meaningful impact in society.

Our aim is to support, empower, and elevate NGOs by building their capacity and enhancing human values through comprehensive training programs.

The Arohanam Program aims to enhance the capabilities of NGO’s by providing them with comprehensive capacity building workshops in various key areas including Fund Raising, Legal & Compliance, With Project Management being a critical component.
